Terms and Condition

User Account

For safety and security, each customer is allowed to create only one registered account by default. For customers who attempt to create several accounts, we reserve the right to suspend accounts without further notice.

Order Cancelation

Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact our customer service. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our return policy comes into effect.

Shipping and Delivery

Normally we send the articles with DHL express.

The delivery time of your package depends on the availability of the items you order. The exact delivery time can be found on the product page:

In stock, delivery time is 1 to 2 days: The product is in stock and it can be sent immediately to you. The delivery time of your order is 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery time is 4 to 5 days: The product is on the way from the manufacturer and it will be sent to you immediately upon arrival. The delivery time of your order is 4 to 5 working days.

Unfortunately not available anymore: In this case, all the articles have been sold out. Therefore, unfortunately, any orders cannot be sent out.

In a few exceptional cases, when the articles are not available in our warehouse in Germany, we will send them to you directly from our global agents. It could spend a little longer time (About 15-25 days). In this case, certainly you will be informed about the status of your order.
The delivery time of our logistics partner DHL is from Monday to Saturday.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Desen Europe GmbH cannot make changes to your shipping address once the package has been sent out, and Desen Europe GmbH is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
We send only what the customers order. Whatever the customer orders is what we ship. We can not be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong articles if they placed the wrong orders.

Exchange and Returns (Money Back Guarantee)

If you wish to exchange or return your goods, the following is our return policy, please follow our guideline:
You must inform us within 7 days after receipt of the goods in writing about  your reasons for return , upon you get our confirmation please send back the parcel within 14 days. Shipping back to Desen Europe GmbH is paid for by the customer, we are in general unable to refund you postal fees.
Any returned product found not to be defective can be refunded, otherwise it will be at the customer's own expense.
By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to Desen Europe GmbH. Desen Europe GmbH is not responsible for and has no knowledge about any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by Desen Europe GmbH.


Discounted or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
