HOW CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
 
RAIKOU usually sends your package within 24 hours. Should it unexpectedly have longer delivery time, certainly you will be informed about the status of the order from us.
Once your package has been sent from us, you will receive a sending confirmation with the DHL tracking number. If you have a customer account with raikou.eu, you will also have your DHL tracking number under "My Account".
 
With this tracking number, you can check the status of your order at DHL.
